Foreign Minister Edgars Rinkēvičs will be welcoming the new Estonian Foreign Minister on her first visit to Latvia

On 17 February 2021, the Latvian Foreign Minister, Edgars Rinkēvičs, meets with the new Estonian Foreign Minister Eva-Maria Liimets. The Ministers will be discussing bilateral relations, questions of regional cooperation, and the situation in Belarus and Russia.  

During her working visit, the Estonian Foreign Minister will also be meeting with the President of Latvia, Egils Levits, and the Speaker of the Latvian Parliament (Saeima), Ināra Mūrniece.

Eva-Maria Liimets became the Foreign Minister of Estonia on 26 January 2021, and this will be her first visit to Latvia as Foreign Minister.
