In this section there is information on the possibilities to apply for funding from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs for the implementation of a development cooperation project in a developing country.
According to the approved Development cooperation policy plan, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs annually organises the following competitions:
- a competition for grant projects at the beginning of the year;
- a co-financing contest;
- a feasibility visit grant project contest.
The available funding for each competition is determined in accordance with the Development co-operation policy plan and the funding provided in the state budget programme for the Ministry of Foreign Affairs. The maximum amount of funding available for each project is determined in the regulations of each competition, which are approved by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
