On 13 October 2023, the Minister of Foreign Affairs of Latvia, Krišjānis Kariņš, will go on a visit to Estonia, where he intends to meet with the Minister of Foreign Affairs of Estonia, Margus Tsahkna, and the Speaker of the Estonian Parliament, Lauri Hussar. This will be the Foreign Minister’s first bilateral visit abroad since assuming office.
During his working visit, Krišjānis Kariņš will have an exchange of views with Estonian officials on bilateral relations between the two countries, support to Ukraine, and the recent incident with the Balticconnector gas pipeline and data cable in the Baltic Sea.
