On 20 November 2023, the Minister of Foreign Affairs of Latvia, Krišjānis Kariņš, will take part in an informal meeting of the European Union Foreign Affairs Ministers on the situation in Israel and the region.
The meeting has been convened by the EU High Representative for Foreign Affairs and Security Policy, Josep Borrell, to inform ministers about his visits to the region in the past few days, and to continue an exchange of views on how to strengthen the EU’s involvement in the resolution of the crisis.
The meeting is arranged to take place in a video format.
