On 4 February 2021, the Latvian Ministry of Foreign Affairs held an informational seminar online concerning effective application of sanctions in Latvia.
Experts on sanctions and strategic goods from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs informed the audience on the latest news concerning sanctions, export controls on strategic goods, and sanctions to prevent proliferation financing. The 800 participants of the seminar could receive answers to their questions. In view of continuing public interest in sanctions-related matters, online seminars will also be arranged in future.
