From 26 to 29 February 2020, the Minister of Foreign Affairs of Latvia, Edgars Rinkēvičs, will be on a working visit in the United States of America.
On 27 February, Edgars Rinkēvičs will have a bilateral meeting with the U.S. Secretary of State, Mike Pompeo, in Washington, D.C. to discuss strategic partnership between Latvia and the United States of America, transatlantic cooperation and security policy issues.
As part of his visit, the Latvian Foreign Minister is going to have meetings with members of the U.S. Senate and House of Representatives as well as speaking in discussions organised by think-tanks.
